What To Expect

The supper clubs will be a chance to enjoy unique hospitality in the newly renovated barn at Brinkburn.
Tom Rookes and his team will create a warm and relaxed atmosphere where you can experience the best ingredients in Northumberland, meet new people and share an incredible meal.

The Meal

Each evening will be centred around a different theme, such as fish and game from the Brinkburn's estate, wild wellness cooking or catch from the North Sea.

Meals will consist of 6-9 servings depending on the event and use fantastic Northumbrian ingredients from local dairies, Brinkburn’s venison and trout, wild flora and much more. Cooked over coal and wood, the food will be familiar, exciting and memorable.

Drink options will be simple and change for each event. There will be a wonderful non-alcoholic offering alongside British wines and spirits.

Starting in spring 2025, events will be held on the 1st Friday of each month with only 24 seats available.

Tickets will be vary in price depending on each event but will begin around £70. You can purchase drinks from the menu as you choose. No service charge will be applied.
